Sunday Practice with Garchen Institute Lamas

Each Sunday, we will do different practices on a rotating basis. That rotation will look like this:

•  Arya Tara & Jangchok for the Living
•  Arya Tara & Jangchok for the Deceased
•  Lama Chöpa & Dharmapalas (Dharma protectors)
•  Arya Tara & Jangchok for the Living and so forth.

To submit names for the Jangchok for the Living or the Deceased, please email your list of names to: dedications@garchen.com by Wednesday the week prior to the Sunday practice.
