Volunteer Opportunity
To volunteer at the Garchen Buddhist Institute provides a unique opportunity to live by Buddhist principles, serve and cultivate compassion with dharma brothers and sisters in a spiritual community.
To live and serve in the Buddhafield is immeasurable in value and boundless in benefit for all beings!
Volunteer Program
Garchen Institute has volunteer programs available that requires a commitment of one month or longer. We have a volunteer bunk area that can house eight people. Khenpo Tenzin our resident lama offers guided meditation, teachings, discussion groups and is available for interviews and guidance for those who participate in our volunteer program.

Event Volunteer Opportunities
Events volunteer opportunities are available for those who would like to offer karma yoga, or for those who wish to trade volunteer hours for reduced or fully covered event tuition.
